Breakfast in Easton

Opened in 2017, Breakfast in Easton was my answer to the question "where in town can I get a simple breakfast, bacon and eggs or pancakes, at a reasonable price ?" "Not fast food, or cooked the night before, but freshly made." Well, to make a long story short, there was no place like that. At B in E all the bread and pastries are baked in-house, the sausage is homemade, and the fruit is hand-picked fresh every day, I do all the prep and cooking myself using only the finest ingredients available. -Stephen
