🌸 Vintage Family Farms will bring an incredible selection of their locally grown dahlias and guide you as you create your own gorgeous Dahlia bouquet to take home.

🍷 Chef Elijah will be offering a special three-course dinner with wine pairings!

COURSE ONE — Choice of
• Charred House Caesar with house focaccia & Parmesan
• Strawberry & Spinach Salad with feta, pickled onion & lemon truffle vinaigrette

COURSE TWO — Choice of
• Corn & Crab Chowder
• Cauliflower Bisque

• Pesto Pistachio Crusted Salmon over herb & lemon risotto with asparagus
• Braised Brisket over polenta with red wine reduction & rapini
