Each year Easton celebrates Irish heritage during our St. Patrick’s Day festivities. The day includes afternoon tea service at Academy Art Museum and our annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade, followed by the fan favorite St. Patrick’s Day Potato Race on Washington St. Click the links below to register and scroll down for more info!
The parade starts at 5:30 p.m. in downtown Easton. It features over 40 floats, bands, classic cars, and local businesses. Be on the lookout for festively decorated golf carts at the parade provided by Hog Neck Golf Course.

The races take place on Washington St. immediately following the parade. Watch as teams of four relay between Dover and Goldsborough St. balancing potatoes on wooden spoons. The fun and spirited event is sponsored by Talbot County Young Professionals.
