Downtown Easton Banner Policy

Streetlight banners are a big part of our Downtown! The display of banners is intended to beautify the community. Whether you want a banner to commemorate a date, or bring attention to community activities, events, or anniversaries, we want to help you get your voice heard.

If your organization would like to have banners placed on city streetlights, please click the button below to fill out the request form and start the process! As a disclaimer, filling out a request does not guarantee design approval for banner designs or a reservation of banners during a specific time. Applicants will receive notification regarding request within 10 days.

Holly DeKarske

Executive Director
Holly was previously the Executive Director for Venture Lititz, Downtown Lititz’s Nationally-Accredited Main Street Program. She was responsible for various downtown events such as the Taste of Lititz and Lititz Fire & Ice.

Lance Morris

Communications Coordinator
Throughout his jobs and college career, Lance strived for bettering his environment and putting everything he had into his work. He hopes to help the EEDC highlight the rich history of Easton to its natives and visitors and keep communication a constructive force.

Tom Maglio

Marketing & Events Manager
Tom is a born and raised Marylander with a fifteen-year history of serving small towns in Delaware and Maryland with award-winning design and marketing strategies, dedicating his work to helping small communities grow and find success.

Val D'Ambrosio

Visitor Center Coordinator
Val has over 30 years experience in marketing, public relations and was a featured lecturer and radio and television media expert for her unique businesses in Massachusetts. She loves to talk. Greeting you with a big welcoming smile, is her personal protocol towards all who enter the visitor center.
