Easton EDC Announces New Board Members

The Easton Economic Development Corporation (Easton EDC) is pleased to announce the appointment of new Board Officers. In addition to reappointing Tom Klein as Chairman of the Board, Jim Marvel as Vice Chair, and Frank Gunsallus III as Treasurer, Easton EDC has also appointed Vince Dongarra as Secretary, along with Jennifer Baker, Ron Flohr, and Eric Levinson as new members of the board. Each appointee brings valuable insights and experience to the leadership team of Easton EDC.

Jennifer Baker is a small business owner, entrepreneur, and former global consulting leader with extensive expertise in organizational development, change management, communications, and retail operations. She is the co-owner of Welcome Home and Chester River Wine & Cheese Co., two independently operated businesses serving Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Ron Flohr possesses over twenty years of experience in financial services. His professional focus is to collaborate with individuals and businesses to identify their financial objectives and develop tailored investment and wealth management strategies to attain them. Additionally, Ron is an active member of the community. He has served as president of the Easton Waterfowl Festival, is a former board member of the Easton Rotary Club and the Mid Shore Early Learning Center, and has held positions as a past board member and president of the Talbot County Club and as a past board member and commodore of the Chesapeake Bay Yacht Club.

Eric Levinson is the proprietor of the Hummingbird Inn in Easton. The Inn has received numerous accolades, including recognition as the #2 Best Pet Friendly Hotel in the United States by Newsweek Magazine. Opened in August 2017, the Hummingbird Inn aims to redefine the Bed & Breakfast experience on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Situated in Easton’s historic district, the Inn offers an elevated alternative to conventional hotel accommodations.
