Talbot County, in coordination with the Town of Easton, will host an official ceremony to commemorate the events of September 11, 2001 on the corner of West and Dover Streets in Easton, Maryland. The ceremony will begin at 8:30 a.m. sharp, so that the tolling of the bells coincides with the moment the first tower was struck on September 11, 2001.
