The TRA Gallery located at 41 E Dover St in Easton, Maryland features two artists for the month of April. The Art of; Rhonda Ford - a resident of Easton and a native Marylander who grew up in rural Howard County. Making art and enjoying the outdoors have been my interests as far back as I can remember.; and the art of Jane T. Anderson -Jane is mostly a studio painter and especially enjoys incorporating figures and “people studies” into much of her work. She paints primarily in oil but is equally comfortable creating in gouache and pen and ink as well.
Both Artists will be in the Gallery Thursday through Saturday from 11am - 4pm and on Sunday from 11am - 3pm.
The Gallery will be open on Friday, April 4 for the First Friday Gallery Walk from 5pm - 7pm.
Talbot Arts and Dock Street Foundation invite Talbot County residents who are independent visual artists not currently represented by a gallery to apply for a one-month artist in residency opportunity at the TRA Gallery, 41 East Dover Street in Easton. Artists will work entirely independently in the gallery space, installing their work, staffing the gallery during open hours, handling sales, de-installing their work and returning the space to its original condition.
