Diane Pappas has been guiding yoga practices for the past 15 years. She specializes in slower, restorative style classes that are accessible to (just about) all bodies and ages.
She has taught a variety of different ability levels, ranging from those who are unable to get off the floor without assistance to those who are balancing on one leg while standing.
Diane includes guided meditations and breathing techniques in order to bring the focus inward, allowing her students to slow down and listen to their bodies.
Please bring a mat and towel or small blanket to cover up during savasana.
15 person limit in order to give each person a shoulder and temple massage (usually with aromatherapy)
Diane is certified with IYTA and holds her own teaching insurance.
