Join For All Seasons as international researcher and author Dr. Jeff Thompson shares how the same psychological qualities that help astronauts thrive in space's extreme environments can strengthen hope, purpose, resilience, and well-being here on Earth.
Drawing upon his research in suicide prevention, resilience, human performance, and his ongoing NASA-related work, Dr. Thompson will examine how building lives filled with meaning, connection, and hope is essential to supporting mental health and preventing suicide. Participants will gain practical, research-informed strategies they can apply in their own lives and share with others long after the presentation concludes.
