Flower Power explores the myriad of ways that floral motifs make their way into art. The show celebrates the intricate and extraordinary magic that flowers bring to a piece. Joy, sorrow, birth, death, serenity, and exuberance - all of these emotions and human experiences are marked with flowers. Artists have long used flowers to express these human subtleties, and this show will examine that connection.
The opening reception will be on Saturday, April 6th, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Flower Power runs through May 31, 2024
