We thank everybody that volunteered and participated in the 2019 parade. Easton's largest parade of the year included some the the most creative and decked out floats ever. The unofficial start to the holiday shopping season in Easton begins with Small Business Saturday! Support your independently-owned businesses that create jobs and help our local economy. Drop by Thompson Park starting at 10 a.m. to find Shop Small swag, sales and promotions information, and all the things needed to plan for the shopping event.
Friends of Hospice is pleased to present this year’s theme: A Timeless Christmas. The Festival of Trees has been a Christmas tradition in Easton for 34 years! Proceeds benefit Talbot Hospice with over 3 million dollars raised since 1986. Come see beautifully decorated Christmas Trees at the Tidewater Inn.
This free event will take place in front of the Tidewater Inn. Choral groups, choirs, and bell ringers will perform. All spectators will receive a complimentary candle and songbook. Enjoy hot cocoa and holiday treats provided by our local restaurants and stores. The celebration starts with a special Christmas tree lighting by Santa!

We just heard from the North Pole. Santa Claus will be back at the Tidewater Inn for BREAKFAST WITH SANTA on Sunday, December 8th in the Gold Ballroom at the Tidewater Inn.

This one-of-a-kind performance combines Tchaikovsky’s iconic music with a comic retelling of ETA Hoffman’s classic Christmas story, “The Nutcracker”. You’ll hear 17 movements of The Nutcracker Ballet played bar-for-bar on banjo, mandolin, violin, viola, two guitars, bass and percussion. Before each movement, a “Twas the Night Before Christmas” style narrator tells bits of the story laced with campy commentary.
