Hello! I'm Rut, a former au pair. My husband and I have been hosting au pairs for many years and we have more than a dozen years of experience helping families discover the benefits of hosting a live-in au pair. The program, regulated by the US Dept of State, is a cultural exchange program than provides up to 45 weekly hours of flexible childcare.
