Easton Carriage Tours by Tanglao Carriage Driving will offer free horse-drawn carriage rides during May Day Celebration - May 1 - May 3 on Saturday, May 3rd from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. The carriage rides will pick up in front of the Easton Visitors Center at 11 South Harrison Street. The Tidewater Inn... will host a Ladies' Brunch on the Hunter’s Tavern Terrace on May 3rd from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Eastern Shore Jazz Quintet will serenade the streets that Saturday in front of the Tidewater Inn from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tidewater will offer a special menu for attendees, live music, and discount coupons to Terrasse Spa for all attendees. A free flower demonstration & wine tasting in the Waterfowl Building will start at 2 p.m. The Avalon will also have their 25th Annual Multicultural Festival on May 3rd from 12 pm to 3pm.

A big shout out to our friends at the Waterfowl Festival for bringing Easton Economic Development Corporation along with them to the Ward Wildlife Carving Competition in Ocean City, MD. 11 countries are participating in this event. We love people encouraging all to #DiscoverEaston. The carvings are... truly amazing as is Easton's Waterfowl Festival. Save the Dates - November 14-16, 2025 for this year's @waterfowlfestival.

Art in Bloom is our May Day Gallery Experience during the May Day Celebration - May 1 - May 3 . The Trippe Gallery's Art in the Garden exhibit over the years is so lovely that it became the inspiration for the Art in Bloom event. What is Art in Bloom? Twelve Easton Art Galleries will create a... floral arrangement inspired by a chosen piece of art to be displayed by that piece of art for the duration of the May Day Celebration. That flower arrangement will be raffled in each gallery on Saturday, May 3rd at 4pm. There will be a printed list of the galleries participating in the event, that will be available at the Visitor Center at 11 S Harrison St and at the following galleries that are participating. The Trippe Gallery, Troika Gallery, Studio B Art Gallery, Zach Gallery, Spiralis Gallery, Zebra Gallery, TRA Gallery, The Waterfowl Festival Gallery, The Market at Dover Station, Wildlife Gallery and 9 S Studios.
