We have a few updates on Fall Kickoff, everyone!

The awesome folks from @glass_half_full_arts are at the @academyartmuseum from 10 am to 2 pm! Join them for gorgeous hand-blown glass pumpkins, demos, and even a class! @thejaylaelise will be performing inside AAM from 12 pm to 3 pm.

@cascadingcarlos will be inside the @talbotcountyfreelibrary from 11:15 a.m. to 2 pm. He will not be juggling fire, but he will have plenty of fun demonstrations and activities for the kiddos, along with all of the other fun giveaways from our friends!

We unfortunately have to cancel the outdoor music performances, but we will definitely see @honeysolband and DJ E Shore downtown at another time!

The @talbotcountyfreelibrary will host a children’s activity center from 10 am to 2 pm, providing free fall-themed activities and giveaways from @forallseasonsinc, @twopaircollectibles, @talbothumane, and lots of other local favorites for kids and families.

AAM will again feature pumpkin decorating and glassblowing demonstrations from the Glass Half Full Mobile Glassblowing Studio, also from 10 am to 2 pm, as well as samples from LYON RUM, and fresh shucked oysters from the talbot watermen.

The big day is almost here! Come and join us for Easton's Fall Kickoff this Friday and Saturday 🎃

You’ll get to enjoy amazing pumpkin art from IceLab, as giant, beautifully carved gourds will be displayed throughout downtown, perfect for memorable photos. On Friday evening, soak ...Read moreup the lively outdoor music from 4 pm to 7 pm, and treat yourself to delicious autumn-inspired specials and drinks at our local restaurants. October’s First Friday Gallery Walk is a fantastic chance to admire vibrant artwork created by talented local artists. Don’t miss Cascading Carlos in Thompson Park from 5 pm to 7 pm, where fire juggling and interactive activities will entertain everyone. The Academy Art Museum will host free pumpkin decorating and a cozy outdoor movie night featuring a free screening of Genndy Tartakovsky’s Hotel Transylvania later that evening. Plus, you can stop by 111 East Dover Street for an Autumn Porch Party hosted by For All Seasons Behavioral Health and RCC, offering complimentary treats.

The fun continues on Saturday! In addition to beautifully decorated pumpkins and live performances around town, the Talbot County Free Library will host a children’s activity center from 10 am to 2 pm, providing free fall-themed activities and giveaways from For All Seasons Behavioral Health and RCC, Two Pair Collectibles, Talbot Humane, and lots of other local favorites for kids and families. The Academy Art Museum will again feature pumpkin decorating and glassblowing demonstrations from the Glass Half Full Mobile Glassblowing Studio, also from 10 am to 2 pm, as well as live music, samples from Lyon Rum, and food offerings including fresh shucked oysters.
