Plein Air Easton Save the Dates
This year’s competition and festival will take place July 17th-24th. Our online calendar has been populated with our signature events and more will be added as planning gets underway in the coming months. We hope that you will mark your calendars now and plan to join us in July when 58 of the most accomplished plein air artists make their way to Easton to compete for thousands of dollars in prizes.
If you are a local, a collector, or a fan, there is something for everyone in this exciting week in July: hundreds of newly painted canvases for sale, workshops and demos by award-winning artists, kids camp, an art competition for kids under 18, in-person conversations about all things art and whatever else we can dream up between now and July.

If you or someone you know is curious about applying to be a competition artist – don’t delay. There are only 2 weeks left to apply. Remember, Plein Air Easton is NOT an invitational and typically we see anywhere from 10-20 brand new artists every year! Many of those applicants apply more than once before they get their big break. Plein Air Easton has the potential to propel artists’ careers in exceptional ways.

The process is simple:
complete the application,
upload 3 of your best images (must have been completed in the past 2 years)
pay the $50 application fee.
