Get away for a weekend of yoga, guided discussion, and reflection designed to help you step into spring feeling grounded, refreshed and purposeful. Winter is a natural time for self-reflection and planning for the future. Using the hummingbird as our guide, we will ask the question “who do I want to be?” and explore ways to nurture ourselves on our personal journeys in the year ahead.
This three-day retreat will be led by highly-trained, Yoga Alliance certified instructors Lauren Fox and Jenn Swaine; both of whom share a deep commitment to creating spaces where their students can not only thrive, but also experience the best version of themselves. Yogis of all levels, ages, and backgrounds are welcome to attend.
The retreat will take place at the Hummingbird Inn, a stately Queen Anne Victorian in Easton, Maryland with a striking copper-roofed turret, lush gardens, and wrap-around porch that blends the grandeur of the past with modern features and comfort. As a yoga retreat participant you’ll enjoy: twice daily yoga instruction at the Inn or local yoga studios, daily guided discussions with other retreat participants, 3 nutritious vegan/vegetarian meals a day, 3 nights private accommodation, optional group outings, unstructured time.
