Impacts:
-Scattered afternoon showers/storms are possible this afternoon and evening and again Friday afternoon
-The highest risk of storms today is in the Western portion of the State
-A increase risk of severe storms for Saturday afternoon into the evening due to remnants of Hurricane Laura moving across Maryland
-Friday’s heat index could reach 100 degrees or higher
